Privacy notice

Who we are

Martin Mollov, operating as HyperGreens, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice (the data controller). HyperGreens is a microgreens business in development, based in Feltham, United Kingdom. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean HyperGreens. Contact us at support@hypergreens.co.uk for privacy questions or requests.

What we collect

When you enquire, we receive your name, email address, message and any business name, postcode, product preferences or quantities you choose to share. Name, email and message are required by the form so that we can handle and reply to your enquiry; other fields are optional. You are not legally required to provide these details. Please do not include sensitive personal information or payment-card details.

Our hosting, email and form providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect their services.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer questions, discuss supply, prepare requested quotes and arrange requested conversations or samples. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and developing business relationships. Where you personally ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we may instead rely on taking those pre-contract steps.

We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell your enquiry details or use them for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Services involved

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Form submissions go to FormSubmit for processing and forwarding to our Private Email mailbox. If FormSubmit presents a Google reCAPTCHA check, Google also processes information for that check. Sending us an email directly avoids the FormSubmit step.

See FormSubmit’s privacy terms, OpenAI’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Namecheap’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Where information is processed

These services may process information outside the UK. We cannot promise UK-only storage. Contact us if you need details of the processing locations or applicable transfer arrangements before submitting personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence while answering your enquiry and completing any follow-up you request. Once it is no longer needed for that purpose, we delete it unless it is needed for an ongoing business relationship, a legal obligation or a dispute. If an enquiry becomes an order, relevant correspondence may form part of our business records. FormSubmit states that its submission archive is retained for 30 days; this is separate from messages delivered to our mailbox.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy where that right applies. Email us using the address above. We may need to verify your identity.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Updates

We will update this notice when our services or information handling change. The date above identifies this version.
